A lot of stuff like this you can just make up shite that sounds cool but there's really no way or no one gives enough of a shite to figure out if it's true or not.
That doesn't really make sense but I guess if it's true it's because everyone is inside in December and January because it's cold with nothing else to do but have sex.

Eta: the rate of births worldwide is higher in that two month range than any other throughout the year, how tf does that not make sense??
