Morning folks. Just finished up my coffee and about to take a huge dump before I go to the gym. Going to do a little sparring this morning to get ready for my fight tomorrow night.

1983 President Reagan called the USSR an "Evil Empire." 1999 Baseball Hall of Famer Joe DiMaggio died.
