Getting a good night's rest can be hard to do when the aches from your neck to your back keep you awake. Experts say the angle of the neck at night is critical to supporting aging joints as you sleep. If the pillow is too low, the neck is cranked, for side sleepers, the shoulders compress. Do you prefer your pillows fluffy or flat?
