Good luck. As a "social smoker" I never understood two things about cigarette smokers: the morning cigarette and smoking while driving. For me it takes a six pack or 3-4 mixed drinks to get a craving for a cigarette, the rest of the time it never crosses my mind.

Do something else first thing out of the gate, make it a routine.

When I quit, I would wake up and do about 15 minutes of stretching.

Smoking while driving is what made me "in the process of quitting" for the longest time. It has been over a year and cigarettes make me sick now, but I still miss that car cigarette on a beautiful day making a longer drive.
