I am with you and if your baby mama or if this chick in the OP is a shitty mom then document it and get full custody. Anything with getting more time with your boy I totally get and would do the same thing. The other stuff is the over and beyond to me.

maybe daddy doesn't want to be with mommy. He really is all in on the kid. Sounds like the mom is trying to butter up the dad because she wants him back. Boyfriend really isn't cutting it.

If the new guy isn't one of the kid's favorite people, why make him lie about it just to appease some other dude's ego? Perhaps someday he'll be in that list, but don't force it if it's not now.

He is doing all of that for his Son, not for her. He probably goes above and beyond so she doesn't try to cut off his ability to see him. Good for that dude, that's being a father and a man!

Tke'me with you my daughters mom (Ex wife and idivorced after 10 yrs) we are NOT on each others Christmas card list but my new wife....3 yrs....sold our nice home in a great subdivision in Pearland to move into a farther part of daugheters subdivision to be closer to her so we could be there for all the other things, cheer camp, practices, school events, etc, i just sucked it up tobe closer to daughter because she already a rising 7th grader and these yrs will soon pass...!

In the past I would agree with you 100%, but I have seen good men get raked over the coal when a woman gets mad and decides to tell the court that daddy isn't do shite.
One of the worse things in this world is when love turns to hate my friend.
I hope this guy is keeping receipts and a good record. Also hope he screen shots that post.

yes this is the one piece of advice for anyone getting a divorce especially with kids...document everything.
