Yeah, I can't imagine them or the million Chinese places are going to change their entire business model just because of a half a percent chance some old person might die.

Although I love Golden Corral, and became a regular at the one on Williams last year after trying it for the first time, I will avoid that restaurant for the foreseeable future. Such an atmosphere is a transmission ground for the novel corona virus of 2019. So many people with corona virus, especially children, are asymptomatic, that one could easily go there and be exposed by kids who show no symptoms of illness and touch every serving utensil and put their finger in the chocolate factory.
Is the risk of getting this virus and potentially being a source of infection worth getting ten sirloins at one meal? No.

They actually have a running list of restaurants open.
The Hammond restaurant is the only one listed in Louisiana.
It is cafeteria style and not a buffet.
