Flying out tomorrow through Ohare for a few days to check out Chicago and catch two games at Wrigley! Cubs are playing the Cards. Any spots I should check out? Definitely staying away from the southside. I'll be staying two blocks from Wrigley as well.

Bar on the corner over Centerfield wall before and after game. Murphys Bleachers.

For food go to blackbird ($$$) and girl and the goat.

Skip goose island brewery if you've been told to go.

Go to food board and search

Eta: check out this place called Carnivale for food one day. They serve brunch on Sunday's. We went for my girlfriends birthday while we were there. It was a great place.

there are tons of good restaurants/bars around there, you want have any problems, just ask the concierge for what you want, some great rib places, I don't usually like deep dish pizza but if you like pizza at all, get a slice of Giordano's, it's almost a full meal

Cubby Bear, there's also a place near the stadium that has free hot dogs on game day, can't remember the name of it though. Strange cargo is a cool t-shirt shop that can screen print different designs for you-I got cobra Kai and bayside t-shirts. Check out the field museum, shedd aquarium, natural history museum, and the science and industry museum

Go Cards, or whoever the Cubs are playing.

OK, if they were playing AlaBama, I'd be for the Cubs.

Being a Cubs hater, I'd still like to see a game there, while holding my nose & mildly pretending to be a fan.

I would actually recommend the Goose Island Wrigleyville location if he's looking for spots around the stadium... no need for him to go all the way to the main spot though.

No, I was going to get seats in the bleachers, but I found tickets lower level around 3rd base side. I haven't gotten tix for the wednesday day game yet so I'll try and get bleacher tickets.

Sky Deck was cool if you get there before the crowd. Cubby Bear right before the game. I'm told Lou Manatis(Sp) is the place to go for pizza, But as said above, Gio's was really good, and a little more convenient.

My buddy told me about Lou Malnati's, but I'm really not a deep dish fan. Definitely going to Cubby Bear. I'm meeting a buddy and he states we definitely need to check out Greek Town. Also have a connection to a rooftop pool at a condo high rise.

Go to the original Goat, not the one on Navy Pier.
Rent a Divy Bike and cruise the lakefront. Nice views.
Architecture boat tour. One of the best tours in have been on.
