I’ve never been captured by the target mystique. In Louisiana they are just as ghetto as Walmarks.

They did and it pissed off the woke crowd. Meanwhile, the anti-woke crowd isn't just suddenly forgiving and forgetting all the BLM and LGBT nonsense Target was pushing prior to that.
Once a company dives into that nonsense and their brand becomes associated with it, its a hard reputation to get rid of in the eyes of the customers you alienated with it. See Bud Light.
