Claims service is almost non-existent, customer service is very poor, change fees, renewal fees, and poor financial rating.

Stay away, unless it’s your last choice.

I worked in their call center for extra cash at night, calling ~300 people to let them know their insurance was canceled due to nonpayment.

Hardened my soft heart to a solid rock.

Wtf kind of insurance company doesn't send cancellation notices out by mail when someone doesn't pay their premium?

Last couple did not, the last one in fact was ripping TVs off the wall at his house whenever she was informed of her settlement. He’s gotten better at these things as times gone on
