I ordered a pastrami brine and rub that is coming in today. I am going todo a pastrami chuck roast instead of using the normal brisket.
Will be in a brine for 5 days, then smoke it.

It's fun trying to get used to it.It's a lot brighter sounding than my Martin.
Not every song translates to the 12 string.I looked up some songs that used one.All the Byrds stuff.Maggie May.

We are just thinking he needed a home for his last days. So we made him a kitty hospice room. My husband calls it his one bed one bath condo. Good news is he used the litter box like a champ since he can no longer roam outdoors.

Thanks everyone. He is so freaking cute but we suspected he was ill (we did not dream to this extent). But I did know he found the right home when I did research and found out they do better in homes with no chemicals etc. I am allergic to everything so he is safe here in my bubble with me.
