So my middle kid is having some heart issues and she had to get a holter test. It’s been 3 weeks so I finally chased down a nurse who tells me that her results were lost in the mail.

No that is absolutely ridiculous. They have the results on file and can send them to you.

Nope, they apparently needed the physical monitor to get any results. My kid HATED wearing the monitor too and now she’ll have to repeat.

But lost in the mail is not an excuse. They have the records somewhere. I chase medical records all day, don't let them be lazy.

The company that interprets the results is saying they never got it. So it’s not just the records that were lost, the data never got sent.

They were so hung go on getting her in to the cardiologist and emphasized how time was of the essence but they just let 3 weeks go by with no word.
