65 would be glorious.
74 is on the warm side. I'd sleep, but I wouldn't be super comfortable.
71 or so seems to be the sweet spot for compromise.

It will upstairs at night now because I just changed all my air ducts through out the house, upstairs and downstairs, re-insulated the attic and replaced 9 old rotten wooden leaky windows that the previous owner didnt replaced when he replaced the other ones.

we sleep with it at 70. I usually have a blanket to start with (since I'm one of those always cold people) then move it off of me in the middle of the night.
68 is probably the lowest I'd allow. but mr. bb is ok with it at 70 too.
