I’ve never been ice fishing. I just know it’s super cold on the boat and the reds never seem to be biting.

I would recommend trying it at least once for everyone that likes to fish, watching tip-ups and jigging for panfish is a lot of fun when the bite is on and you can fry up fish immediately on the ice. Fresh hot fried fish and cold beers is a great combo.

I would recommend a package like this:
Baudette, MN -River Bend Resort
There are others up in that area that have packages where you can sleep out on the ice but some folks might be comfortable with that.
