BTW, I just opened up all my windows to my office and my den and the 72 degree and slight wind feels good

Morning everyone.
Not a good day for me so far. Just got out of the 3rd complete hot shower since 5:30 this morning. All systems are turning loose, sometimes all at the same time. The last shower I stopped and got dry but moved the throw rugs together so I could lay down in the floor off the cold marble, twice.
But all this shall pass or I will. Either way I won’t always be actively sick.
Hope everyone has a great day. Still under 60 degrees even though the sun has been out for a bit.
