My cardio is pretty terrible but I do lift. Nothing crazy anymore just sort of maintain and its a routine that I am used to.

I wish for me. I go in at 8 and think I’ll go home around 12 or so assuming no infection control emergencies happen in the hospital that I have to get involved in.

Morning everyone. Fishing trip cancelled today. Gotta take my son to a emergency care facility. Fell in the garage and hurt his arm. He is not gonna be happy but it must be done

Oh yeah thats always a fun time. Its just most are off today and we have a lot of teachers that generally come early but not today.

Hope he is ok! If taking him to an urgent care make sure it is one with the ability to do X-rays. Otherwise they will just send you to the ER.
