Carolina, if y'all are getting that today y'all be safe.

That last patch that hit us had lighting every 5-7 seconds for about 10-12 minutes. I've never seen that before.

I imagine the celebration will be postponed, unfortunately. Students will be in the fountains no matter what...they're probably still there, passed out on their floats in a 2ft deep fountain.

TorCon values around here upped from a 3 to a 6, but I'm right on the Savannah River on the SC/Georgia line and they're talking about the worst riding right up the Savannah.

I was just reading that in some places, lightening was occurring as often as every 2 seconds. Damn. That's impressive.
