fin, i've always believed in the smell test with pussy, kinda like you do with fish & shrimp....sometimes though that gat dang jack daniels just tells you to fabreze it and have fun.

I know the feeling. I had less than 70 bottles remaining on my racks. Guests had gotten too generous.
I plan to remedy that by having a guest rack full of wine that anyone can drink and my racks...where "seriously, I will slice off your face and make an oven mitt out of it if you touch another bottle of my port."

Yea. I'm thinking whiskey. But I was intrigued with the idea of fireball (I know it's a whiskey). A lot of people put cinnamon in hot cocoa anyway...

I was over in Europe somewhere... Hungary or Germany and they were selling warm schnapps with whipped cream on top. It was cold outside and that shite was so good. I could see putting some peppermint schnapps in hot chocolate.
