Yeah. They’ve liked s bunch of stuff in the arena though, so now it’s half the size. Hoping if I go a little later most of the morning rush will be over

Making Bergs salsa chicken recipe for lunches next week as it should be zero points.
Send me that if you can.
This week I just did chicken breasts with veggies for lunch at work. Add a tbsp of bbq sauce (2 pts) for flavor. With the eggs being zero points...I see myself eating breakfast for dinner many nights(scrambled eggs with little cheese, low calorie toast with light butter, and 3 pieces of turkey bacon...8 pts and filled me up).

I should cook on the weekend but damn I'm lazy.

Can you have sugar free stuff on ww? Because g. hughes bbq sauce is really good, tastes normal

It took a lot of scans but there is zero point salsa at the store if you don't feel like making your own. And you have to be careful with canned corn. Not all are zero points. I'm making it without the enchilada sauce.
quote:
I started with a jar of salsa, put about 2 lbs of chicken breasts in, added a low sodium taco seasoning, and then some green enchilada sauce. Set it on high for 10 minutes. It takes a bit for it to build pressure thats why I said it was probably 20 mins total. I then shredded the chicken with a couple of forks and added some black beans and corn and mixed it all together. Pretty fricking ballin.

I did hard boiled eggs and Turkey sausage for breakfasts (5 pts).
99% fat free ground Turkey and corn for lunches. Apple or orange for a snack. Came home with most of my points each day so really could have whatever for dinner.
WW really isn't that bad. It does make me realize how awful some things are for you. Like the little yoplait yogurts are 8 freaking pts.

I find breakfast for dinner to be a real bang for your buck, calorie wise. I do it often.
That 40-45 calorie bread is a life saver. I also sometimes do the nutrigrain Eggos with my eggs because they’re 140 for 2. Mrs Butterworth sugar free is 20cal.
Also Xtreme Wellness Tortillas are amazing for breakfast burritos. 50 calories.

Yeah you can have anything really...just look at the points.
That is why I like WW so far. I can eat whatever...I just need to log the points. But...when you only have 23 points a day alloted...and you scan something and see it is 12 points...it makes you think twice.
You do get a weekly bank of points that you can dip into if you go over your daily points. I haven't dipped into my weekly bank so far...but nice to know it is there. Will be great for social events or when I want to eat out.
Many things are zero points...boneless skinless chicken breast, eggs, turkey breast, ground lean turkey, fruit(except avodaco and coconut), beans, and veggies (except potatoes).

That’s so different from low carb
But it sounds much more doable

WW has actually kinda morphed into pushing people towards low carb with their new setup. There used to be no such thing as zero points. Now chicken breasts, plain Greek yogurt, etc are 0 points to encourage users to lean towards smarter choices. Smart, IMO.
WW is calorie counting.. just with smaller scale numbers. Hence why it’s so successful.

It really is much more doable long term than other diets I've tried. You can also workout to add extra points if you want.
I save my weekly points for wine.

I do those as well for breakfast cause they are quick and I'm not cooking before leaving for work. Tiny bit of light butter and put a little bit of honey on each one and eat like toast. 2 waffles are 5 pts. 2 pts for honey and butter.

I thought I’d read that it was calorie counting
Hc, the lack of wine is the worst part of low carb

That's why I like WW. You can have wine, just have to count it. A bottle is like 22 points I think.
