Bulldog I've tried that several times. It physically will not flip back on.....just swings back into off position.
I'll try again when power comes on and if it still won't then I will call the property manager and he can deal with it.

Just got a text from power company about outage. Should be resolved in less than an hour. I'll just wait until then.
