When we were just dating our dating anniversary was in December. We were given tickets to the Nutcracker ballet our first year together(they are not cheap) and just kept going most years as an anniversary tradition. The Phoenix ballet company puts on a really amazing version of it every year. Millions of dollars spent on costumes/sets/etc...it's their biggest production. So it's a really nice event to go to each year. Just a reason for a really nice date night.
Have you ever seen the Nutcracker ballet? You do realize how skimpy the women are dressed right? Fit, pretty women with long legs in tights/leotards.
ETA: A friend of ours works for the Phoenix ballet (she designs sets/costumes/etc) so it's also a way to show her support
