Hey nurse. Hope things go well.

Thanks Lith....his ecg was fine. And of course his blood pressure was fine when we got here. Just waiting on labs. Doctors basically confirming what I tried telling my dad....panic attack.

He’s on meds....but they take time to work, and now he is sounding confused about his anti anxiety med(he isn’t sure if he has been taking it and it is wasn’t in his bag of meds we brought to ER). So I have to do some detective work when I get back to their house and hope he was just confused. I have to take him to his psychiatrist this afternoon so will have a long discussuon about recent events.

Posting is helping me to ignore my dad right now. His constant attention seeking behavior is a constant strain on everyone(been telling him all week he is just having panic attacks and needs to take his Ativan). If I have to talk to him right now I’m just gonna get more angry with him and say stuff to him that won’t help matters.
