It is if you don't have a good friend with a steady hand and some sence about him/her.

I'm hungry for big arse strawberry banana shake.

Some of us has to keep a bag packed at all times. Sucks the big one for me and the wife. In 4 years in heart failure, my wife only had to call 911 one time. That was after my defibrillator fired off about 5-6 times. I was out cold after the third time.

Morning people. Woke up before 1am feeling like a truck ran over me.

Sorry man if that seemed like a general statement. I was referring to the ones who call for stupid things.. Nothing like what you go through

I've literally had them call, give no reason aside from they're "sick", end up standing at the road waiting. Climb into the ambulance, have no real specific complaints.. Mostly just lonely old people or ppl who want someone to take care of them

Hey Coater.

Bullfrog,Sup.

az.

Slept from 10pm to 6am.I would actually pay to sleep like that every night.

Bullfrog,it took about 2 months but now my heart rate breaks 100 on my bike ride.

111 for 10 minutes yesterday.

I've wondered if it's the BP meds I take keeping it down or just the fact that I haven't done any Cardio exercise in years.

Hopefully gonna do some yoga, then change out my fuel water separator and get my boat back to 100%. Then go hang out at lake Maurepaus.

Come home and take a look a fixing a friends computer.

Then cook some Mexican food for supper.

Should be a good day.

What you got goin on?

110 bpm is low for me, if I'm doing anything. Mines at 54 right now but should be 150-160 max during some intense moves.

Just keep track to find your normal range.
