can't tell 100%, but seems like the projectile struck in the vicinity of the guy on the bike (looks like a guy on a bike). If so-- assuming that was a missile-- did it miss it's target? Using a missile for one guy would be overkill.
On second thought, they might've been aiming for whatever that white thing is across the street... if you can consider that a street.

How did we know this was a Russian air strike and not a US strike? The Russians can only hit the intersection the truck drove through when our bomb would have gone through the God Damn sunroof.

Its absurd how some people think Russia is doing God's work over there or something. They've barely conducted any strikes on ISIS. They do not share your interests in the Middle East.

Yeah, it looks like it wasn't exactly on target. Even with that, it was amazing how much damage it caused.
