Everything that moved in the video moved towards the bed. Someone was under the bed pulling the things with strings/lines.

This is so basic that you don't even need to come up with a conspiracy.
I love the paint they put in the cinder block walls though. It really hides the fact that all the wiring is coming out of the ceiling.
