Only two real issues for me:
First - I found that a have a measure of tolerance to local anesthetics. Fortunately the two valium made me more amenable to that unfortunate reality. So I calmly told them that I could feel what they were doing (snipping and cauterizing). And they used a considerable amount of local, which helped somewhat (they had to go get a second vial). Without the valium I could see that being a scarring event. My suggestion is if they tell you that you can take both valium DO IT.
Second: my nephew punched me in the balls two weeks after and I spent the next day with the boys on ice again. For the next 2-3 weeks if you work out too hard or take a shot to the nuts, ice them.
And my ejaculations were painful and bloody for 3+ months. I'm thinking my experiences aren't typical though.

Tight underwear. My doc said ice no peas for some reason. Do not lift anything for at least two days three would be better. Ice ice ice ice ice.
Had mine in Dec. and I had to grab my 3 year old about 36 hours after and paid for it for three days. Stay seated with your feet up for as long as you can. Dont be a hero.

2 things you'll need:
Ice pack
12 pack
Ice pack is for the 12 pack.

The procedure is without pain but do follow the advice of sitting in a chair for two days just icing the scrote bag. Avoid walking much at all. I sat in a recliner for two days and iced the nadz continuously. I was good with all of that.

Don't worry, Johnny Blanks. You'll be able to smell your manhood burn away during the procedure.

When the doc tells you to not do anything, don't do anything. If you think you are fine, and start to do normal activities, you will end up with swollen cods and will be in excrutiating pain.

You'll have no issues. Just take it easy for like 2 days after.
If they offer you valium before the procedure, don't turn it down. It made me chill while it was going on so I wasn't jumpy while they were doing it.
