Nor do I, but that's not really the point. Due to the current political context surrounding these incidents, race is absolutely a relevant subject matter.

Generally speaking police have no obligation to tell you the truth or anything that could incriminate themselves.

Which is why they won't generally talk to their own investigators w/o a lawyer present, even if it was a legitimate shooting.

And I don't blame them a bit...

That will always be my biggest beef with BLM. They actually found a way to marginalize the majority of cases of police brutality, and things of that nature by isolating things to only black victims. They've dominated the conversation to the point people like me cannot discuss the issue at large without getting lumped in with fools who think cops are hunting black folks.

With three shots going off, this was no accidental discharge.

Oh shite, didn't know 3 shots were fired.

That is a big deal. Officer probably needs to be charged.

And Jesse Jackson will be nowhere near this. An upstanding citizen who happens to be black is shot by police and barely a ripple in the water...

Nah, lets cry about thugs.

My point in saying that is there are a lot of people on the OT that claim all you have to do is comply with the police and you won't get shot...

I'm pretty sure that statistically you're more likely to get struck by lightning than find yourself in a situation where a police officer accidentally shoots you

This is why I would never be a cop. I would be the dude that freaks out and misfires.

Some people probably don't realize this until it's too late.

I have feeling Mr. Yanez in the Castille case was the same way.
