No way you can stop it from x employees to x customers because you have to trust that all x involved do due diligence. This will never happen.

Its all pretty simple. What measures do you have in place to track the symptoms of employees, stop the spread between employee x employee, customer x employee, and customer x customer

You're a fricking millennial CPA. An incompetent automaton.

You're clueless as to the legalities of a business, legal exposure to doing business in this environment, and potential repercussions in this society.

Thanks for your 'sage' advice, however.

You can have measures in place to reduce it, hence why these are guidelines and not mandates.

You can have employees and customers wears gloves and/or masks for example when they are in close proximity (i.e. salon, tattoo) You can more frequently sanitize equipment, you can send home employees that show symptoms such as a fever. I never said you would eliminate the spread. You can stop it from spreading as easily however.

frick, is this really that hard?

You have no clue about me. You cannot even figure out guidelines to help reduce the spread while I'm actually helping companies right now formulate these same measures for their businesses.

You don't now shite about me, but if you seriously want help I'm already working on this with 2 clients. I bill them out at $275/hr. I can give you a OT discount of $350 off the final billing since i will be helping the mentally challenged. Consider it a good deed.

Believe me, I do. Believe me, I do.

You're in no position, nor of the educational formation to formulate anything for anyone.

It’s not hard but you have to trust everyone to do their due diligence to sanitize. I don’t trust people.

I do risk assessment on a daily basis for my clients and work with lawyers on a daily basis. You literally do not know anything about me.

You came in her spouting false info that there were no guidelines, when presented with guidelines you doubled down and said they aren't actually guidelines but suggestions. Then you claimed to already know it all!

When presented with the definition of a guidiline you then changed the argument to my age and whether I was in college. When I told you what I do for a living and how I can help you, you say I don't know anything about exactly what I do for a living. You keep moving the goal posts and losing everytime.

It's fricking comical.

Uhm, I believe he was addressing the readily identifiable low-risk members of society who are at far greater risk of death driving home sober from the bar than from COVID, tampon breath.

You really have zero idea what you are talking about. When you said this, you tipped your hand to being young and either in High school or possibly college.

I hate to break it to you mr wannabelawyer, but as long as you are following the covid guidelines you'll be just fine. I realize you were absent the day they taught law at law school, but you have to prove things in the court of law. You may believe all these sensational stories about how 1 person infected 10, etc... but those are all wild arse guesses built on spreading fear. If you can literally have this and have zero symptoms throughout it, how can you prove where you got it? You think you're going to get a judgement against a business that has been inspected by the proper govt officials AND are following guidelines?

Seriously, your gaping gash is stinking up the place and it's past your bedtime now. So run along there lil tyke. Us adults are having a conversation.

I think you confuse recommendations with guidelines. Even then, semantics.

I don't care who you assist, you're not competent. Why insist so much?

Let me guess... 1st year prelaw or daddy's a lawyer? Either way, you have proven you know little to nothing about business or even any advanced knowledge of anything other than being able to spout off We're a litigious society like some kind of tourette kid in the corner. Nothing else to contribute.

I won't go in to my career, and I'm happy to contribute when I can or could.

Your guesses are wrong.

As for advanced knowledge, that's relative.
