Well he's on video not jogging through the streets, then entering the home, then still not jogging, then being spotted by the neighbors (not the shooters) at which point he decided he was going to take a jog through the neighborhood.

5 minutes into his video he's made 2 incorrect statements/assumptions:
He said the house was a dwelling. It isn't.
He said looking around in a place that doesn't belong to you proves intent of theft. It doesn't. If that were the case, every trespassing violation would be felony burglary.
