Ha you wouldn't even have the right to vote if it wasn't for black people. I hope you enjoy making 21% less than your male counterparts.

Since there is no link, did this study account for higher academic achievement for white women?
AA policies still require the person to meet minimum qualifications for the job, it just allows them to skip over a higher qualified individual to hire them. Since minority academic achievements lag whites, it would necessarily lead to white women outpacing minorities that otherwise don't qualify at all.

I enjoy making the same as my male counterparts who have been in my profession as long as I have. My current profession is female-dominant and has long followed pretty standard equal pay guidelines based on seniority.

This isn't blanket affirmative action, which is an atrocity. This is specific, targeted penance to family members of people the university specifically wronged.
