You don't become one of the largest cocaine dealers in the US without A LOT of violence.

Good news and I do hope he reunites with his daughter. Except what is he going to do for money now other than sell drugs? Maybe he completed some sort of job training in prison

Just talkin of the violence. Jung was a pretty passive drug dealer,by all firsthand accounts.

He can do personal appearances, a little bit of tv and write. Thanks to Johnny Depp he won't need to get a real job or sell drugs.

He became my doppelgänger.

IRL

[i]In 1992, in exchange for Lehder's agreement to testify against Manuel Noriega, his sentence was reduced to a total of 55 years. Three years after that, Lehder wrote a letter of complaint to a Jacksonville federal district judge, complaining that the government had reneged on a deal to transfer him to a German prison. The letter was construed as a threat against the judge.

Within weeks of sending that letter in the fall of 1995, Lehder was whisked away into the night, according to several protected witnesses at the Mesa Unit in Arizona.

In Pablo Escobar's height, he was said to be making fifty million a day, they were writing off cash that was physically rotting.

Two Escobars is the best ESPN 30-for-30, AINEC.

The drug violence of the late 70s and early 80s needs the Ken Burns treatment.

Im thinking 10 part series, 2 hour episodes.

Cocaine Cowboys is great but number 2 kinda sucked.
