yes, he is a good man - just hope the next mayor will retain him -
There's a 100% chance our next police chief is black. I'm not against it because of him/her being black, but the fear that they'll be put there out of diversity to quiet the uneducated masses rather than merit. This city can't afford to have a shitty police force.

Yeah, I'm sure the justice department gives a frick.
Also, they didn't present a single fact last night that supported their residency proposal. Citing the cost of a patrol car doesn't mean jack shite.

When I arrived at the Metro Council meeting on Wednesday there was an unusual amount of police officers there. I made a point to reach my hand out to greet each of them. When I approached the officer seated at the table in this picture in the black uniform he refused to shake my hand. He was standing with another officer, I reached my hand out to him as well. The officer asked, "what's your name?" I said, "Gary Chambers". I said are you going to shake my hand, he said "not at all." This was in the lobby outside council chambers. The reason I bring this up is because the officer who can't even shake hands with me, more than likely because he disagrees with me is at the table speaking on behalf of police officers. I told Chief Dabadie about the incident. I said Chief, "the optics of that are terrible." He agreed.
How can we trust this officer to treat people good, when he's not man enough to greet someone he disagrees with? How can he sit at the table to help us move forward, when he can't even respect someone he disagrees with? He is a part of the problem with BRPD. A host of people witnessed how he refused to be kind enough to just speak.
If a man can't speak to a man, just imagine how he handles people on the streets... People may disagree with what I say, but I'm never not willing to acknowledge someone else, and at least speak. This fella is a part of the problem with policing...

1. I want to punch this Joyce lady in the throat.
2. It's funny how Gary acts like he did nothing wrong & is totally innocent.
People remember the things you say about them. Calling white cops murderers, calling cops that live in tLP KKK, lying about how you were treated during protests to get people fired will make someone not want to shake your hand.
