Gator Attack Spinoff

Same situation: Dad and kid walking along the water edge in the evening and a moccasin latches onto the kid. 2 hrs later, the kid perishes due to the venom.
Are we still blaming Disney?

From what I've read Disney does a very good job of patrolling those lagoons and removing any gators over 5 ft in length. So they have a protocol already in place. You can't remove nature from its habitat completely.
I'm sure Disney will pay some settlement on this but it won't be as bad as you may think.
