the education system definitely failed you Danita.
Mike the Tiger is to blame for healthcare and a bad education system. The state is putting all of its resources into healing Mike instead of dealing with such issues.

Well that isn't racism that is just a fact that white people drive drunk more often.

NBR had an ER, and the residents couldn't pay for the services. Those staff members aren't going to work for free.
You can only operate an ER where nobody pays their bill for so long. Utilities and operating costs still exist.

There are more non whites in baton Rouge than whites. The city is theirs, and if you go to the areas white people don't live, looks like a 3rd world country.
