That's not really impossible. I'm sure that's happened.

My wife is the owner of the nativity scene. I worked last night and was beside myself when I woke up to the news of her declining you offer lol. What is the final offer? I’m on your side!!!

I thought you were the guy there. He was giving her shite about it, not taking the offer. The set is worth $800-$1000, if complete and in good condition.
I’m a little relieved I didn’t get them for free, because I’m a flipper. My daughter asked me was I going to keep all the money or donate some if I got the set. I was planning on donating half the money if I got them for free.
I am going to donate some from the profits of the Kirby and Exogen thing.
I tried several times to give him money, he would not take it.
I got three things. One person took 80% of the stuff, including all the furniture.

I still have my grandparent’s Empire nativity. My grandfather built a manger for it to keep it covered. I still use it every Christmas. It’s from the late 70’s so it’s been used for 40+ Christmases. Now that I see how much it’s worth I’m surprised it hasn’t been stolen.

Do you ever find vintage clothes? I used to date a girl who worked at Time Warp Boutique and they were killing it on their finds. That opened my eyes to how rewarding the unexpected finds in estate sales and even thrift store hunts can be.

A friend of mine is about to (maybe) open a skate shop. It will have new and used clothing (with a Plato’s Closet type business with clothing).
He wants me to start finding him stuff.
I found these yesterday for $1 each. They are not vintage, but cool. They sell for $10-$15 each on eBay

Where do you work? I worked last night as well. I’m guessing a plant, since you live in Dutchtown.

Still a little too cold for us. I do 6:30-9am on Thursdays and 7am-Noon on Saturdays in the summer. It's my favorite thing to do being a kid that grew up flipping. Almost that time of year!

It slows down here for a couple months, but never goes away. Mid-December to mid-February. I always do well around the second week of December, I’m guessing because people are clearing shite for the new shite they getting for Christmas.
Plus, estate sales never slow, there’s at least two-three every weekend.
