Here is my friends set up which he has worked on since Black Friday. Most of the equipment is Rogue. Texas Stregth System has a pretty good deal on squat racks.

I have a room in my house that is my gym, but also am a member of a gym. I just can't afford every piece of equipment I need.

I did but the free weights are pricey. It was getting expensive when you're benching 375.

Pullup bar, gymnastic rings, sandbag, tractor tire for dragging/flipping/hitting with sledgehammer. I got away from pushing heavy iron a few years ago and do bodyweight stuff now. Kinder on the joints and keeps me in plenty good enough shape.
