Go to mission Beach/Belmont Park and go to the draft house. Game will be on there and a bartender there is from New Orleans. He's a black guy with long braids (or maybe they're dreads, can't remember) and if you tell him you're from South Louisiana and an LSU fan, he'll give you some deals on drinks.
