Galveston - dead child on beach

Has any body read about this on going case ? 2-3 year old boy washed up on the beach late Friday afternoon. No one has reported a missing child , no leads at all !
Sad story . Hope they find whatever piece of trash did this to this baby.

I saw this on the local news earlier at 5:00. They got a bunch of tips/leads. Maybe something will turn up. My initial thought was the kid is probably from South of the border somewhere, but you never know in this crazy world we live in these days.

The Dallas TV news reported that the child was found abandoned in some bushes in India, put up for adoption, with her life ended and body stuck up a culvert.
I admit that this one choked me up.
