GA man in jail for NOLA contractor fraud he didn't commit - DA refuses to drop

TLDR version: NOLA DA's office just randomly selected a James Riley to charge because there was so much publicity around this old lady getting scammed.

This should surprise no one who's had to deal with Leon and his miserable minions. He rarely cares about things like "is this guy guilty" and "does this guy deserve prison"

Although nothing will ever disgust me more than the Jeff Parish DA fighting to keep a man in Angola for a rape conviction the ACCUSER says she made up. The accuser has stated under oath she made it all up yet this man will die in Angola.
