Honest question... Is there tolls on any interstate highways? In Houston there are tolls on the HOV lanes only on I-10.
Second, I go through Lake Charles about twice a month for business. I cannot begin to imagine an effective way to collect tolls that wouldn't totally screw up traffic in both directions. What a nightmare. Going through Baton Rouge is already a traffic cluster.
