Maybe you didn't read her comments under the video? The lady that posted the video thinks that the restaurant was being racist and discriminatory. She also pushed the owner and had the sheriff called on her.

going through life claiming racism and threatening to sue all the time has to be so draining mentally
I'm sure Willie's isn't going to miss her "business" since apparently she just wanted to eat half her meal and then not pay anyway

Yeah, this is a problem. Unprovoked. I could understand if the owner had overstepped the bounds and tried to grab her or her phone.

I agree with her. I order grilled shrimp all the time and would refuse sautéed shrimp if they brought that instead. I purposely don't order sautéed shrimp bc I don't want the calories from the fat it's cooked in. She didn't get the food she ordered and she didn't eat anything. She shouldn't have to pay for it.

Exactly! If you've ever worked in the restaurant industry you know customers like the one in the video aren't uncommon, AT ALL. Call it stereotyping all you want, buts there's always a lot of truth in stereotypes. Eats half the meal, says they didn't like it/wasn't prepared the way the want it, demands full refund or discount.
Hell, I think this is a good thing for the restaurant. The rif-raf will be outraged and stay away, leaving the respectful, well paying (and tipping!) customers as the only ones left. She may think otherwise, but Willie's isn't keeping their doors open serving bozo's like her

I agree but she doesn't have to act like a fricking bitch about it either. There's a civilized way to handle things.
