I feel much the same way. I’m in a fairly low risk group with no pre existing risk factors but can’t quite get comfortable with the risk/reward on the vaccine. I wish there was a way to get actual data and facts without everything being so political. I also do not like the messaging from government on the lotteries and other tactics for a vaccine. If I knew for certain I have had the virus I certainly wouldn’t consider getting it.

This is not the first time these vaxes were tried. Similar vaxes were tried on animals years ago, and the results were not good.
To each his own. IF someone wants to roll the dice and get the vax, then that is their right; however, if someone prefers to take Ivermectin instead of the vax, that should be their right.

Affidavit is one of the least scary words in all of the legal lexicon.
At least once a year, in a conference, one of my first-year associates will rebutt something I have said with "but they have affidavits". I pause them and look at the rest of the group and one will reply with my modified Walter Sobchak line "You want an affidavit? I can get you an affidavit, believe me. Hell, I can get you an affidavit by 3 o'clock this afternoon... with nail polish."
It pains me that the most scrutinized legal filings from the last 20 years were so sloppy and stand as a testament to poor legal drafting. The drafting level is what would get a 2nd or 3rd year at any decent firm fired or at minimum having a come to Jesus moment.
