Chimes by campus watches that stuff like a hawk, in fact, most places around Baton Rouge do because the state's Alcohol Control Board is always very active around Baton Rouge looking for restaurants serving minors. If you want those teenagers to drink, buy them beers at a gas station and let them drink elsewhere.

I think this was the loophole when the law changed in the 90s. So, the law would have had to change and I haven’t heard it was.
