He is. Look at his post history. Just a douche nozzle in every post. I think he has anger issues or maybe mental issues.

Lost a friend 10 years ago the same way. Just got upset about it again night before last. She had a 4 year old daughter....I will never understand it.

When it gets out who it was there will be a lot more people talking about it. He is very well known in the BR area and knows lots of people on this board. Just so sorry he felt that this was his only answer. He'll def be missed by lots of family and friends.

Anonymously, lots of people act real tough when they know there's no consequences to face.

I, and everyone who knew appreciates this sentiment. If you knew him personally, I'm sure this was a shock to you as well.

The big problem is stigma. Many people won't seek help because they don't want to be labeled crazy

My father shot himself about 17 years ago. It takes some time to come to terms with who is ultimately responsible, but you will always look at suicide differently from now on. When someone lightheartedly says, "I wanted to kill myself," it won't be "funny" anymore.

Try to release yourself from any misplaced guilt. It's a violent act that leaves victims scarred for life.

Sometimes there are warning signs and sometimes it's a complete shock. All suicidal ideations should be taken VERY seriously. I have been posting here less than a year and have seen 3 serious suicidal threads/posts from people who are reaching out. I truly wish there was a way to locate them and send help when that happens.

I used to always dismiss this as simply a selfish decision
people come up with all kinds of stupid, irrelevant generalities that don't apply. People commit suicide for many reasons, and selfishness is not one of them.

Man, I am very sorry to hear about your friend. honestly, there is no making sense of it all, so hopefully you can somehow come to grips with it. let yourself work through the grieving process to whatever extent you need it and ask for help if you need that too.
