Whoa where'd the second cell north of the Stuttgart cell come from?
It popped up fast. This environment is wide open they can ramp up quick I remember April 2011 those cells would from nothing to violent in minutes

Such a weird setup with a few discreet cells spread far apart
Posted on 3/31/23 at 6:37 pm to Bobby OG Johnson
I'm assuming that's a chaser?
Posted on 3/31/23 at 6:38 pm to deltaland
It is but them being spread out so much allows them to roam freely and not get cut off
It's just so not good

Local Memphis news saying we may still be dealing with cells until around midnight when the line will finally come through

Yea the cells that do develop have a lot of room. I just wonder what causes it to do that? Meaning one really bad storm but zero convection anywhere within 100 miles of it

THANK GOD For our sake the convection over north MS hasn't fired really for whatever reason
It would be rising my blood pressure right now
Christ almighty the drone footage out of Wynne

It hasn’t gotten to us yet though
Seems it’s moving slower than expected but I could be wrong

Yea it's way over my knowledge level as to why it does this sometimes

I don't think that TBSS is from hail.
ETA: maybe it is after the next scan.

Oh I know but at least it's one bullet seemingly dodged

Crazy day. Tornado hit less than a mile from my work. Took my mom 4 hours to go 12 miles due to the road blocks.
