It popped up fast. This environment is wide open they can ramp up quick I remember April 2011 those cells would from nothing to violent in minutes

It is but them being spread out so much allows them to roam freely and not get cut off

It's just so not good

Yea the cells that do develop have a lot of room. I just wonder what causes it to do that? Meaning one really bad storm but zero convection anywhere within 100 miles of it

THANK GOD For our sake the convection over north MS hasn't fired really for whatever reason

It hasn’t gotten to us yet though

Seems it’s moving slower than expected but I could be wrong

I don't think that TBSS is from hail.

ETA: maybe it is after the next scan.

Crazy day. Tornado hit less than a mile from my work. Took my mom 4 hours to go 12 miles due to the road blocks.
