Best core workout that I've ever done was chopping a big arse stump in my back yard in Southdowns. I started out only being able to do it for 5 minutes. After a couple of weeks, I could go until I got bored

Hey Nurse. Happy B-Day is in order I see.
He's a brutus. He weighs 12 pounds now and he's doing great. My favorite part of the day is cuddles before bedtime. I need to take some pics of him this weekend.
