Ehhhh, it is very likely I was drunk. Acting all self-righteous or something.
I have very high expectations of myself, so filling out a bracket ahead of time always bothers me. It is for that reason that I normally don't fill one out until after the tournament is over. Then I get everything right, and I can even correctly put the scores of every game in. I've had quite a few years when I had it correct 100%.

That IV situation just doesn’t make sense to me at all.
Another reason those stand alone ERs are not great. That child should have been transferred to a real ER attached to a real hospital when the doctor starting talking of observing for several more hours.

The photo of that little man with an IV with no pump. Unbelievable. The bag opened and poured out? Pressure applied? WTF is going on at this place? What was pushed through the line after that NS flush? Dextrose? Potassium? Not charted but the parent remembers. This is the scariest thing I’ve read in a long time.
