French House

I remember there used to be a stately old building on the LSU campus known as the "French House". It was catecornered to the Student Union Building on Highland Road.

I never knew what the function of that building was. It wasn't a dormitory, or a classroom setting. Is it even still there?

Can anyone provide information about that mysterious site?

It was the honors college when I was in it during my time at LSU.

Honors College is housed there. Probably why you never knew what was there....

Very much so. S. Campus at Highland just across from Life Sciences.
