They aren't wrong per se. Many fraternities have early bids who don't rush at all or kids who drop out of rush. These are not factored in by LSU for a couple of weeks. My fraternity for instance has 10 more than what is listed.

Early bids are counted in the numbers posted. Every fraternity has those extra informal guys too. So add 5-10 to every number and the order is pretty much the same

I think sorority quotas were 103. Not 100%. +1300 PNM went through.
