Now for the good part.
COULD be a battery case?

A hotel valet says a guest punched him in the face due to the hotel’s parking costs. Surveillance video shows the Tuesday incident at the Ocean Sky Hotel in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Valet attendant Rodolfo Rodriguez says a man decided he did not want to pay to park.
“He told me, ‘I’ve got a friend visiting me,’ and I told him, ‘It’s $18 for the parking,'” Rodriguez said.
Moments later, the guest is seen punching Rodriguez in the face, knocking him out. The valet is seen lying unconscious for about 20 seconds while the guest places Rodriguez’s arms behind his back.
Now for the good part.

Hotel employees say the guest identified himself as a former Atlanta-area police officer. He was not arrested and has not been charged in the incident. “I kept asking, ‘Why is this guy not going to jail? Why is he not in handcuffs? He just assaulted my employee,'” said the hotel’s night manager, Mark Dyer.
Police say that, based on the information provided to them, this could be a battery case, but that would ultimately be up to the state attorney to decide.

Valet should have watched his sass mouth. You can't mouth off to a cop and expect to walk away, entitled little shite.

You think cops charge people? Lol. All they can do it recommend charges. The DA is who presses charges. You are an idiot.
Also, the da can press charges even if the police don't recommend it. You are just another fool talking facts without knowing how anything works.
Not saying this cop
Doesn't deserve to be charged by the da. Just pointing out how little you know about how things like this work.

But they do arrest you idiot. They neither arrested nor recommended charges. Typical of you to support the cops on this one.
Go punch and knock out a random person while being filmed. I bet you get arrested (unless you are a cop or former cop)

God your stupidity is funny. If the DA presses charges the cops would have to arrest him. It's that simple. You said the cops would not charge him, then when you were proven wrong just to well they arrest you. No shite, but that has nothing to do with pressing charges.

Police are regular people, sometimes they mess up. There's no benefit to making a big deal about every mistake they make. Occasionally three police officers will kidnap and rape a woman and then destroy evidence and not get convicted because they were coworkers with the investigating officer. Should they lose their jobs? Absolutely not, police rape, get over it.

I understand all that. You got me good, real good.
AGain, go punch and knock out a random person while being filmed. I bet you get arrested (unless you are a cop or former cop).

MOST people don't want to play the "knockout game"

From the link:
"He was not arrested and has not been charged in the incident."
He's on tape knocking someone out completely unprovoked. He should have been arrested and put in jail.
The story leaves out some key details though. Did the police show up while the guy was still there or was he not arrested because he left the scene and his identity was unknown?
Whatever the case, that POS needs to be arrested and charged and if he is a police officer he should be fricking fired.

I must have missed in the article where it showed he was a cop. Other than hotel employees saying he claimed to be a former cop.

Someone needs to start a thread about something stupid a black person does every time he does about a white person doing something stupid. Let's see who would get banned.

So cops never arrest on assault or battery cases until the DA decides?
