I still wear those 1950's ceckerboard rising shirts, but not to church. Still old school in coat, tie, and high polish black lace up,

I like Poncho shirts as well. They make many shirts besides fishing style.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with fishing shirts, but to the point of the OP, it is funny and sad how some people think they are “dressy.”

I was at a wedding recently and a dude had a long sleeve pink PFG, sleeves rolled up past his elbows. Faded jeans and dirty work boots.

And his wife and kids were dressed appropriately. And this was out of town, so it’s not like he came straight from work.

He was the only man there not in a suit and seemed unfazed.
